D2X Labs was born from a simple observation: the digital transformation industry was broken. After 15 years leading complex commerce and platform initiatives at enterprise organizations, David Jockin saw the same pattern repeat everywhere.

Large consultancies would send senior people to win the deal, then staff projects with junior resources who were learning on the client's dime. Vendors would push their own products regardless of fit. Strategy firms would deliver beautiful slide decks that nobody could actually implement.

The result was always the same: wasted budgets, frustrated teams, and digital initiatives that never delivered on their promise. Organizations deserved better.
