About This Role

As D2X Labs grows our client portfolio, we need someone who ensures every engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to close — and that clients feel supported, informed, and heard throughout. The Client Engagement Manager is the connective tissue between our consulting team and our clients.

This role is part project management, part relationship management, and part operational backbone. You'll coordinate delivery timelines, manage client communications, flag risks before they become problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day rhythm of active client engagements — timelines, deliverables, status updates, check-ins
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and scheduling
  • Coordinate across consulting, architecture, and engineering resources to keep engagements on track
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on client needs and engagement outcomes
  • Build and maintain engagement playbooks and operational processes as the firm scales

Who You Are

  • 4-6 years in client services, project management, or account management in professional services or technology
  • Obsessively organized — you track details that other people forget exist
  • Strong communicator who can manage expectations with warmth and clarity
  • Comfortable in a small team where you'll build the processes, not just follow them
