The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to join D2X Labs on a commission basis and help us grow. You’ll own pipeline development and deal execution — from first outreach through signed contract — backed by senior leadership for solutioning, scoping, and delivery credibility.
Our go-to-market is built around fixed-fee engagements designed to solve a specific, measurable problem for the client. These aren’t open-ended retainers — they’re scoped outcomes that build trust, demonstrate value, and create a natural path into expanded engagements and ongoing managed services.
Your job is to find the right companies, connect the right problems to the right packages, and close. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a firm that has deep enterprise expertise, a proven service catalog, and a delivery model clients can trust.

What You’ll Do
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls), referrals, partnerships, and event-driven outreach.
- Run consultative discovery — qualify on pain, business impact, stakeholders, timeline, and budget.
- Position D2X Labs with a value narrative tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Match client problems to packaged solutions.
- Coordinate internally with senior leadership for solutioning, estimates, proposals, and SOWs.
- Negotiate and close new logos and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain pipeline discipline — clean CRM reporting, accurate forecasting.
- Develop repeatable plays by vertical.
What You’ll Earn
Commission-only (1099 contract). Percentage of collected revenue on contracts you originate. Payout trigger: Commission paid when the client pays. Upside: Uncapped. Expansion and managed services revenue from your accounts continues to pay.
Who You Are
Must-haves
- 3+ years selling B2B professional services.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in the $25K–$300K+ range.
- Strong executive presence.
- Experience selling into Digital/eCommerce, Operations, IT/Engineering, Marketing, or Finance.
- Consultative selling chops.
- Self-directed and disciplined.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in commerce platforms, OMS, order-to-cash, or integration programs.
- Familiarity with AI/automation selling.
- Existing network in retail, CPG, manufacturing, or B2B commerce.
- Experience with land-and-expand sales motions.
