About This Role
D2X Labs is looking for a Marketing Manager to own our brand presence, content strategy, and demand generation. We're a growing consultancy with a strong point of view and a story worth telling — we need someone who can tell it in a way that resonates with the technical leaders and operators who hire firms like ours.
This isn't a role where you'll be executing someone else's playbook. You'll be building the marketing function — content, channels, campaigns, measurement — with direct access to leadership and the freedom to experiment.
What You'll Do
- Own content strategy and production — blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn, thought leadership
- Build and manage demand generation programs that drive qualified inbound leads
- Manage the D2X Labs brand across all touchpoints — website, social, events, collateral
- Track and optimize marketing performance with a data-driven approach
- Collaborate with BD and consulting teams to align messaging with what clients actually care about
Who You Are
- 4-7 years in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, SaaS, or technology consulting
- You can write — clearly, concisely, and in a voice that sounds like a human, not a brand guideline
- Experience building a marketing function from early stage — you're comfortable without a playbook
- You understand that in consulting, the best marketing is proving you know what you're talking about
