About This Role
D2X Labs is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the technical design and architecture of complex digital transformation engagements. You'll work directly with clients to understand their current platform landscape, identify integration pain points, and design solutions that actually fit their ecosystem — not force them into ours.
This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll be in the room from discovery through delivery, working alongside our Managing Director and consulting team to turn messy, multi-vendor environments into something that makes sense.
What You'll Do
- Lead architecture assessments for enterprise clients with complex, multi-platform environments
- Design integration strategies across commerce, OMS, ERP, and middleware platforms
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture that non-technical stakeholders can understand
- Own the technical relationship with clients from scoping through implementation
- Contribute to D2X Labs' methodology and reusable architecture patterns
Who You Are
- 8+ years in solutions architecture, platform engineering, or technical consulting
- Deep experience with at least two of: commerce platforms (Shopify, commercetools, Salesforce Commerce), OMS, ERP, or middleware/iPaaS
- You've worked in environments where nothing was simple — multiple vendors, legacy systems, competing priorities
- Strong communicator who can explain architecture decisions to both engineers and executives
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small, senior team
